Guardian Angel

Guardian Angel (Keith Keppel, 2004) is a tall bearded iris reaching 40" (102 cm) with elegant midseason blooms. Its standards are a refined safrano pink, complemented by orient pink style arms and matching safrano pink falls, highlighted by a pinkish white spot below the solid flamingo beards. This variety offers a slight fragrance and is a result of a cross between Happenstance and a select seedling. Guardian Angel has been recognized with an Honorable Mention in 2007 and an Award of Merit in 2010. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
