Granfundo

Granfundo (Brianna BeVier, 2012) is a commanding tall bearded iris that delivers a gallery-worthy display in the midseason garden. Towering at 37" (94 cm), this hybrid boasts luminous butter yellow standards and style arms, contrasted by rich burgundy falls adorned with a dramatic white reticulated blaze around vibrant orange beards tipped in yellow. The falls are finished with a refined pale 1/8" edge and are notably wide and slightly ruffled, giving the bloom a sculptural, exhibition-grade presence. With its bold color contrast and pedigree from World Premier X Amarillo Frills, Granfundo is a memorable, field-stopping centerpiece for collectors and garden enthusiasts alike.
