Fringe of Gold

Fringe of Gold (Schreiner, 1987) is a tall bearded iris reaching 38" (97 cm) and blooming in the late midseason. This elegant variety features deep canary yellow standards and crisp white falls, accented by rich golden tones radiating from the beard and hafts into a distinct 1/4" rim. The deep canary yellow beard adds further vibrancy. Bred from Tuts Gold x Amber Beauty, Fringe of Gold was awarded an Honorable Mention in 1989. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
