Freedom Song

Freedom Song (Schreiner, 2003) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its ruffled white ground petals, each dramatically edged in vivid cornflower blue (RHS 95B). The blue style arms and yellow beards tipped in blue add a painterly, high-contrast finish to this garden showpiece. Standing at 37" (94 cm) and blooming early to midseason, Freedom Song is a memorable addition to any landscape, boasting a pedigree from 'Rare Treat' x 'American Classic'. Honored with an AIS Honorable Mention in 2006, this cultivar is a collector-grade, exhibition-ready iris with undeniable presence. Awards: Honorable Mention
