Freckle Fantasy

Freckle Fantasy – (Thomas Johnson, 2017) is a captivating Standard Dwarf Bearded iris that brings a painterly touch to the late spring garden. Reaching 12" (30 cm), this memorable variety features luminous standards shifting from light blue to white, highlighted by a subtle green infusion along the midrib. The style arms echo the same ethereal blue-white, while the falls display a unique blend of light blue to white, dramatically accented with rust red speckling near the hafts and flanking the vivid orange beards. The beards themselves are a dynamic focal point—orange in the throat with darker centers, and orange-tipped hairs over a white base at the ends. With a slight fragrance and a distinguished pedigree (TC274C x 'Galaxy Quest'), Freckle Fantasy is a gallery-worthy, conversation-starting bloom that elevates any landscape with its extraordinary color play and refined presence. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm. Attributes: Fragrant, Smooth, Speckled
