Florentina

Florentina, a distinguished Tall Bearded Iris, was collected in Italy and introduced to Northern Europe around 1500. This exquisite iris is celebrated for its enchanting violet fragrance, adding a delightful sensory experience to any garden. Initially thought to be a hybrid of aphylla and pallida, later chromosome studies suggest its parentage remains undetermined. Florentina is available exclusively at Amethyst Creek Farm, where its historical charm and captivating scent can be appreciated by iris enthusiasts and collectors alike. Attributes: Historic
