Fire Coral

Fire Coral (J. Terry Aitken, 2007) is a vibrant Standard Dwarf Bearded iris reaching 10" (25 cm) in height, blooming from late midseason to very late. This variety features hot orange standards and style arms, with orange falls overlaid by a rich burgundy red wash that lightens at the edges and is accented by orange hafts. The intense orange-red beards add further depth to its fiery palette. Bred from 'Fiesta Flame' and a B. Jones seedling, Fire Coral was awarded an Honorable Mention in 2009.
