Effective

Effective (hybridized by Graeme Grosvenor, introduced 2011) is a tall bearded iris reaching 35" (89 cm), blooming in the late midseason. This variety features mauve violet standards with a buff edge, complemented by violet falls accented with tan hafts and a tan-gold edge. The vibrant tangerine beards and a spicy fragrance add to its appeal.
