Double Down

Double Down (Michael Sutton, 2009) is a tall bearded iris reaching 35" (89 cm), notable for its early midseason bloom and reliable reblooming habit. The standards display a rich indian lake red-purple with a darker edge and rust base, complemented by greyed red style arms. Falls feature a white ground heavily washed with indian lake tones, accented by a slight yellow influence and a distinct 1/4" red-black edge, with a white throat and old gold beards.
