Dew Buzz Bye

'Dew Buzz Bye' (Jayme Adams by Carol Coleman, R. 2006) is a charming Standard Dwarf Bearded iris introduced in 2007, standing at 10" (25 cm) and blooming in the early midseason. This variety features light lemon yellow standards with a subtle light green midrib, complemented by white style arms edged in lemon yellow and a delicate light lavender center. The falls display a light lemon yellow base, heavily veined with a light chestnut brown spot, surrounded by pale lemon and merging to a soft yellow edge. Beards are white tipped with yellow, finishing in white at the end. 'Dew Buzz Bye' offers a slight spicy fragrance and is the result of a cross between 'Spot Of Tea' and 'Kiwi Slices'. Recognized for its quality, it received the Dr. Loomis Award (3rd Year SDB, 2009) and an Honorable Mention in 2010. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
