Decked Out

Decked Out (Tom Burseen, 2014) is a tall bearded iris reaching 33" (84 cm), blooming from midseason to very late. This award-winning variety features wisteria blue standards and style arms, delicately blended and veined with grey-purple and highlighted by a yellow base. The falls display a unique majolica yellow with light brown edges, vivid electric blue-washed centers, and red-brown washed shoulders accented by white veining. Large, fuzzy Indian yellow beards add further interest. Decked Out is notable for its flared, ruffled form and pronounced musky fragrance. Hybridized from 'Greet The Sun' x 'Different Take', it has received multiple accolades, including the Honorable Mention (2018), Award of Merit (2023), President's Cup (2023), and Favorite Guest (2023).
