Dearie

Dearie (Keith Keppel, 2006) is a tall bearded iris reaching 36" (91 cm), blooming midseason to late. This elegant variety features light blue-orchid standards that deepen to vervain at the edges, complemented by vervain style arms. The falls display a pinker vervain hue, transitioning to a paler center, and are accented by blue-white beards faintly tipped with Chinese orange in the throat. Bred from Lotus Land x Fogbound, Dearie was awarded an Honorable Mention in 2008. No rebloom or fragrance is noted. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
