Darkside Of The Moon

Darkside Of The Moon (Robert Van Liere, 2022) is a gallery-worthy Tall Bearded Iris that delivers a dramatic, high-contrast display in the garden. Reaching an impressive 39" (99 cm) at midseason, this cultivar features icy blue-white standards etched with dark blue veins and a refined wire rim. Sculptural white style arms tipped in brown add a touch of sophistication, while the falls plunge into a rich, velvety purple—nearly black—creating a bold, unforgettable effect. Golden yellow beards provide a luminous focal point. With its distinguished parentage from 'Grace Upon Grace' X 'Chief Sooo Happy', Darkside Of The Moon is a collector-grade, pattern-forward bloom that stands out as a true centerpiece in any landscape.
