Dancing Star

Dancing Star (Thomas Johnson, 2009) is a tall bearded iris reaching 39" (99 cm), blooming early to midseason. This award-winning variety features crisp white standards and style arms, contrasted by deep ink blue-purple falls adorned with bold white sunbursts and etched dark blue-purple veins. The falls are finished with paler edges and vibrant orange beards tipped with yellow. Bred from Queens Circle X Starring, Dancing Star received an Honorable Mention in 2011 and an Award of Merit in 2013. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
