Crusader Rabbit

Crusader Rabbit (Larry Lauer, 2003) is a tall bearded iris reaching 30" (76 cm), blooming early to midseason. This variety features amber yellow standards (RHS 19A) with a peach flush at the center, complemented by matching amber yellow style arms. The falls are crisp white with an amber yellow rim and shoulders, accented by vibrant capsicum red beards (33A). Notably ruffled and possessing a pronounced sweet fragrance, Crusader Rabbit brings both visual and sensory appeal to the garden. Honored with an AIS Honorable Mention in 2005.
