Cowboy Caviar

Cowboy Caviar (Schreiner, 2013) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its bold, color-forward blooms. Reaching 38" (97 cm) and blooming early, this cultivar features pale red-brown standards with a luminous yellow cast up the center, contrasted by deep red-purple falls edged in a distinctive ½" band of red-brown. Vivid yellow beards add a radiant accent to the large, exhibition-grade flowers. With its dramatic, high-contrast palette and pedigree from Mastery x Dreaming of Rio, Cowboy Caviar is a memorable, garden-showpiece iris that brings a dynamic, show-stopping presence to any landscape.
