Cowabunga

Cowabunga (Tom Burseen, 1995) is a tall bearded iris reaching 36" (91 cm) and blooming midseason. This large-flowered variety features ruffled, metallic blue-lilac petals (near RHS 87B) with golden orange beards and a notable musky fragrance. Bred from 'Where Theres Smoke' and select seedlings, Cowabunga was introduced by TBs Place in 1996 and received an Honorable Mention from the American Iris Society in 2000.
