Cover Of Rolling Stone

Cover Of Rolling Stone (Walter Moores, 2018) is a gallery-worthy Tall Bearded iris that brings a painterly elegance to the garden. Reaching 36" (91 cm), this midseason to late midseason standout features crisp white standards and creamy white style arms, dramatically contrasted by rich violet-purple falls edged in a lighter hue. The falls display a cream area with intricate purple veining encircling the beards, which are based in white with pale yellow tips for a refined finish. Erect violet-purple spoons and a slight sweet fragrance add to its cultivated appeal. With its bold color contrast, sculptural form, and memorable presence, Cover Of Rolling Stone is a collector-grade selection for any iris enthusiast. Parentage: Maypearl X Empire Strikes Back.
