Comic Opera

Comic Opera (Sutton, 2006) is a tall bearded iris reaching 36" (91 cm) and blooming in the late midseason. This variety features pansy-colored standards and style arms, with falls of red violet that fade to a 1" violet-pink rim. A blue violet center line and blue white dotting around the beards add intricate detail, while the beards themselves are pansy-tipped with mustard.
