City Lights

City Lights (Mary Dunn, 1990) is a tall bearded iris reaching 37" (94 cm) with a midseason bloom. This award-winning variety features deep violet blue standards with lighter midribs and matching falls highlighted by a large, crisp white area surrounding a pale yellow beard. Bred from Fancy Face x Windsurfer, City Lights is celebrated for its bold color contrast and elegant form. Introduced by MAD Iris in 1991, it has earned both the Honorable Mention (1993) and Award of Merit (1995). Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
