Cherokee Blaze

Cherokee Blaze (John Painter, 2013) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its bold, brick-red standards and falls, accented by golden shoulders and a luminous lavender-violet signal. The gold beards and brick-red and gold style arms add a rich, painterly touch to this 36" midseason bloomer. With its vivid, color-forward presence and dramatic stance, Cherokee Blaze is a true garden showpiece—perfect for collectors and those seeking a statement-making centerpiece. Honored with an AIS Honorable Mention in 2017, this pedigree-worthy iris is available from Amethyst Creek Farm. Parentage: 'Valentino' X 'House Afire'. Awards: Honorable Mention
