Brightside (Schreiner, 1961) is a tall bearded iris reaching 37" (94 cm), blooming early to midseason. This variety features a refined lemon-ivory-yellow self, classified as Y1L, with a smooth, elegant coloration. Bred from a distinguished lineage ((Golden Ruffles x (Midwest Gem x Chantilly)) X ((Spanish Peaks x (Midwest Gem x Chantilly))), Brightside was recognized with an Honorable Mention in 1962.
