Betty Frances
$12.00
Betty Frances is a tall bearded iris introduced by Clarence Mahan in 1989. This elegant variety reaches 34" (86 cm) and blooms in the late midseason. Its fluted falls are a very pale violet (RHS 85D), creating an almost white appearance accented by a sea lavender throat. The medium violet beard and sea lavender styles add subtle contrast, while a slight fragrance enhances its garden appeal. Bred from Navy Strut x Lacy Snowflake, Betty Frances received an Honorable Mention in 1991. Available from Amethyst Creek Farm.
