Beacon Of Light

Beacon Of Light (Thomas Johnson, 2013) is a tall bearded iris reaching 34 inches (86 cm), blooming early in the season. This variety features elegant white standards and style arms edged in gold, with falls displaying a white ground, a deep yellow area across the hafts, and a prominent violet wash below the yellow-orange beards. The round petals are delicately rimmed in white, and the blooms offer a sweet fragrance. Bred from 'Painter's Touch' x 'Dinner Talk', Beacon Of Light was introduced by Mid-America in 2013 and received an Honorable Mention in 2015. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
