Baltic Sea

Baltic Sea (Thomas Johnson, 2008) is a tall bearded iris reaching 38" (97 cm) and blooming late in the season. This variety features heavily ruffled standards, style arms, and falls in a rich medium marine blue, complemented by soft cream to blue-white beards. Noted for its pronounced sweet fragrance, Baltic Sea is a result of the cross Capital City Jazz X Sea Power. Recognized for its exceptional qualities, it received an Honorable Mention in 2010 and an Award of Merit in 2012. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
