Alaskan Seas

Alaskan Seas (James McWhirter, 1991) is a tall bearded iris reaching 34" (86 cm) and blooming early to midseason. This award-winning variety features pale blue standards and deep marine blue falls, complemented by blue beards and heavily ruffled petals. Noted for its pronounced fragrance, Alaskan Seas is a result of the cross Blues On Parade X Hilo Shore.
