SHIPPING POLICY
Irises will be shipped between July and October, carefully packaged in paper with labels. They will be cleaned and dried before shipping to prevent disease and rot. Upon arrival, it’s best to unpack and plant them immediately, preferably before freezing temperatures set in. Irises can be stored in a cool, dry place with good air circulation for several weeks to months.

Irises can be sent as gifts; please select gift options during checkout and provide the shipping address and any message for the card. Pricing will not be in the packing slip.
Non-Iris items will be shipped quickly, with shipping costs varying by product. Gift options are also available, but please note that orders can only be sent to one location at a time.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns. We are unable to guarantee your growing conditions. We will send you quality rhizomes for planting with detailed instructions to make it as easy as possible. These are a perishable product and as such, we cannot be responsible for issues in shipping or at your location. We will ship during ideal times for planting and will discuss with you individually suggestions on ensuring the greatest success.
For non-iris items, please contact us for any issues or concerns about your product. We do not pay for return packaging / shipping. We may charge a 10% restocking fee.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept many forms of payment, including PayPal and Venmo, and accommodate payment plan programs through Affirm and Klarna. Please contact us if you prefer to send a check or provide a credit card by phone. You may use the downloadable order form to order by mail.
